We have had an excellent experience with Cronkhite. Our home has not had any major problems, and any small things we find are fixed extremely fast. The warranty team is AMAZING. Sometimes they come out same day. Everyone we have spoken to has been very nice and helpful, you can tell they enjoy their job. We have truly been blown away at how many different people we have spoken to in the company, and how we have had such a great experience with every single one. My family and I have been working closing with Cronkhite Homes since Dec. ‘23 and have had an overall great experience. Kristy has been exceptional with her communication and willingness to meet us every time we wanted to view our house while being built. Upon moving in they ensured we had essentials like toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels and were quick to fix anything we may have noticed that needed fixed (only small things like a door swinging closed a bit; the inspection was very good). I’ve been very happy with their service and quality of work, especially for an affordable price in this economy. They also offer quite the home warranty (10 years) that others simply don’t. We are very pleased with the house. Really appreciate Cronkhite's 400-point inspection. During their check, they discovered that the floors that had been installed didn't match up with their high standard of excellence. They ripped them up and put in all new flooring before the closing. The house is beautiful! We highly recommend.
